TTF (Transition Task Force)


Staying true to our mantra of Quality, Cost and Time, we have adopted a model of Integrated Project Delivery. VKBS understands that the handover of a project to the customer at the end of construction is a very important element of the project. In order to reduce/remove delays in project closure, our Transition Task Force (TTF), a committed team comprising of commissioning engineers, desnagging team and the concerned project engineer to effectively transfer ownership of the project to the customers' facility team.

How does this benefit our customer?

  • Proper pre commissioning checks and measures in association with the product manufacturers are employed to avoid problems during project and product life cycle.
  • Desnagging activities are undertaken involving all personnel from the customers' operation team, the Project team and designers to avoid conflicts.
  • All closeout activities including final settlement of commercial dues, warranty transfer and training of facility team are undertaken as per schedule provided by PCD.
  • This team continues rendering of warranty service seamlessly and hands over to AMC team.
