  1. Equal-Opportunities Employer

Employees of the company shall be treated with dignity and in accordance with maintaining a work environment free of sexual harassment, whether physical, verbal or psychological.

  2. Competition

    The Management of the company shall market its services on its own merits and shall not make unfair and misleading statements about competitors' products and services.

  3. Health, Safety and Environment

    The Management of company shall strive to provide a safe and healthy working environment and comply, in the conduct of its business affairs, with all regulations regarding the preservation of the environment of the territory it operates in. The company shall be committed to prevent the wasteful use of natural resources and minimise any hazardous impact due to use and disposal of any of its products and services on the ecological environment.

  4. Quality of Products and Services

    The Management of company shall be committed to supplying Engineering and allied services of the highest quality standards to ensure total satisfaction of customers/clients.. The quality standards of the company's services should meet the required national standards, and the company should endeavour to achieve international standards.

  5. Ethical Conduct

    Every employee of the company and its subsidiaries, including whole-time directors and the managing director, shall deal on behalf of the company with honesty and integrity, as well as high moral and ethical standards and professionalism which will be free and transparent.

  6. Regulatory Compliance

    Every employee of the company shall, in his or her business conduct, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, both in letter and in spirit, in all the Regions in which he or she operates.

  7. Sexual Harassment

    The Company prohibits in our workplace any conduct, which constitutes sexual harassment. The company guarantees to deal with allegations of harassment seriously, promptly and in confidence and undertakes to protect from victimization those employees who complain about sexual harassment.

  8. Conflict of Interest

    No employee shall engage in any business, enter into a contractual relationship or activity which might conflict with the interest of the company or its subsidiaries to their detriment. And this includes an employee being in a position to derive a personal benefit or a benefit to any of his or her relatives by making or influencing decisions relating to any transaction of the company

  9. Concurrent Employment

    No employee or Director of the company shall without the prior approval of the managing director of the company, accept concurrent employment or a position of responsibility such as a consultant or a director with any other company, in India or abroad, nor provide 'freelance' services to anyone.

  10. Anti Corruption and Bribery

    We do not promise, offer, give or authorize, directly or indirectly, a Bribe or Anything of Value to anyone, including any Government Official, employee of, or representative of or to, a government-owned or controlled entity, or to any private person or employee of any business entity, to improperly influence any act or decision of such person to obtain or retain business or to secure any improper advantage for VKBS.
    This prohibition against offering, promising, or paying bribes also applies to all third parties who provide services and act on VKBS's behalf, such as suppliers, agents, consultants, distributors, and business partners, and also applies to any transaction of any kind. This policy also covers the receipt of a bribe by, or for the benefit of, a VKBS employee.

  11. Corporate Citizenship

    The Management of company shall be committed to be a good corporate citizen, by complying with all relevant laws and regulations of the land and also by actively ensuring concern for the overall improvement of the quality of life of the people it employs in its business ventures. The company shall strive to meet the social obligations as an integral part of its business plans.

  12. Organization Information

    No employee of the company and his or her immediate family shall derive any benefit or assist others to derive any benefit from access to and possession of information about the company

  13. Protecting Company Assets

    The assets of the company – both tangible and intangible - shall not be misused but shall be employed for the purpose of conducting the business for which they are duly authorised.

  14. Vendor Partner Sustainability

    VKBS strongly encourages all its vendor partners to take active steps towards Energy Conservation, Reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 Greenhouse Gas Emissions and effective Waste Management Systems.

  15. Energy Conservation Policy

    VKBS undertakes to take measures to effectively reduce the power consumption across all it's Offices to ensure that the average power consumption per Square feet of built up area does not exceed 2 kWh/Sft.
