VK Building services, as part of its Sustainability Initiative, was the MEP partner for the biggest attraction at Acrex 2012, Prana.

Prana is the High Performance permanent exhibit building which shall be unveiled during Acrex 2012. This building is dynamic in nature and will keep changing by the addition of new and newer green technologies from all over the world. In addition to the state of the art technologies as on date such as

1. Earth Air Tunnel Systems
2. Radiant Cooling Floor Systems
3. Efficient Water Systems
4. Sun Tubes
5. LED Lighting

Energy Conservation Initiative

VKBS as part of it's Sustainability Initiative actively monitors the energy consumption at all it's offices across India. VKBS has taken measures to minimise the consumption of energy consumed through the use of energy efficient LED lights.
