4 Level Monitoring

VKBS has an experienced Management Team with hands on knowledge of every aspect of MEP Contracting. The Team is actively involved in day to day operations and decision making process to enable accountability at all levels . To execute this effectively, VKBS has created a 4 Level Project Monitoring and Review Mechanism with specific processes and programs to deliver the project to the satisfaction of the customer.

Level 4 - National Head Projects, at Corporate.

     Level 3 - Branch Manager

          Level 2 - Project Team Leader

               Level 1 - Site Manager

A single communication window specific to the projects is established thru a unique email id reaching all 4 levels of the project management group, other stakeholders including PCD.
