Our vast experience in the retail space, with MEP contracting services, was a key factor in helping materialize the infrastructure vision for Phoenix Mall of Asia. It is India’s first luxury retail mall, located in North Bengaluru. Spanning over 13 acres at Hebbal, this iconic development offers over 1 million sq. ft of retail space across 5 floors. VKBS expertly managed the HVAC and basement ventilation works for the expansive 2 million sq. ft mall and multiplex, ensuring optimal climate control and air quality. Our scope included the installation of a 1200 TR x 3 Nos. chiller plant, design validation, and value engineering with HAP heat load estimations. We meticulously designed basement ventilation, smoke extraction systems, and pressurization systems for staircases, lift lobbies, and lift wells. Our comprehensive MEP coordination drawings ensured seamless integration and functionality.
