We proudly delivered exceptional MEP contracting services for Microsoft Building 4, Hyderabad, a cutting-edge precast building spread across a sprawling 0.5 million sq. ft. campus. The project featured the installation of advanced HVAC, electrical, and basement ventilation systems, ensuring seamless functionality and superior energy efficiency. The integration of 700 TR x 2 water-cooled magnetic chillers and 350 TR x 2 air-cooled chillers, ensured precise climate control for this modern workspace. The incorporation of smart AHUs, VAUs, and grooved piping systems further enhanced operational efficiency and reliability. Leveraging digital cloud transformation facilitated real-time monitoring, design optimization, and value-driven project execution. By combining state-of-the-art technology with a commitment to excellence, we successfully met the high standards of Microsoft Building 4, setting a benchmark for innovative and sustainable MEP solutions.
