Our company prohibits any form of sexual harassment in the workplace. We take allegations seriously, addressing them promptly and confidentially, while ensuring protection from victimization for those who report harassment.

8. Conflict of Interest

9. Concurrent Employment

Employees and directors are strictly prohibited from accepting any concurrent employment or consulting roles with other companies, whether in India or abroad, during their tenure with VKBS. Exceptions may only be considered in extraordinary circumstances and require explicit written approval from the Managing Director prior to engagement.

10. Anti Corruption and Bribery

VKBS does not condone bribery or the offering of anything of value to influence decisions improperly. This policy extends to third parties acting on behalf of VKBS, including suppliers and agents.

All employees and directors are responsible for safeguarding VKBS’s tangible and intangible assets. 14.Energy Conservation Policy

VKBS undertakes to take measures to effectively reduce the power consumption across all it’s Offices to ensure that the average power consumption per Square feet of built up area does not exceed 2 kWh/Sft.
