Job Description :
• Responsible for target set by sales heads
• Responsible for reporting advance and actual achievements for monthly booking
• Follow up for enquiries with clients, Consultants, PMC, Architects etc and generating new enquiries and customers.
• Receiving of tenders, floating enquiries to vendors / Sub contractors, follow-ups with suppliers / sub contractors for getting the proper quotes as per tender specifications and for discounts
• Understanding of tender and design of project
• Preparing and listing down all technical deviations as compared to tender specifications.
• Preparing technical / commercial comparison of all vendors on each project basis.
• Designing and proposing system for design built projects.
• Uploading of sales information to Document Manager.
• Attending pre bid, techno commercial meetings.
• Achieve sales target by booking the orders as set forth by company
• Transfer of job with full details to Project and planning team.
• Co ordination with commercial departments for EMD’s
• Getting approval from sales head before submitting offer.
• Marking Copy of all offers submitted to client to sales head, BM and Sales AVP and cost sharing of all projects.
• Coordination with Higher ups, other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the operations
• Maintaining proper documentation of all projects, filing etc.
• Responsible for submitting offers after obtaining approval from sales head.
• Any other work as assigned by the immediate Boss.

Authorities:
1. Authorized to submit offers after BM/AVP approval
